3-Ingredient Healthy

Banana Oatmeal Cookies



2 medium/large Ripe Bananas

1 c Uncooked Quick Oats
1/4 c Walnuts, Chocolate Chips, or Peanut Butter Chips
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray cookie sheet with non-stick spray or line with parchment paper or silicone pad. Mash bananas well and combine in a medium bowl with oats. Fold in walnuts or baking chips. Add cinnamon to dough just before baking cookies. Place by tablespoonful on prepared baking sheet. Bake 15 min, until cookies are firm and lightly browned. Remove from sheet and let cool completely. Makes about 16 cookies.
